From a few details to a table at NORA.

  1. Choose an amount and personalise the card.

    Add a name and a note, then pick how it arrives.

  2. Pay securely through Stripe.

    The digital card is emailed once payment is confirmed, including for physical-card orders.

  3. The recipient enjoys NORA.

    They quote the voucher number to our team at the restaurant.

How quickly is the digital card delivered?

It is emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, or call or email us and we will help.

How does redemption work?

Quote the voucher number to our team when you book or when you pay at the restaurant. Gift cards are applied by our team in person.

How long does physical delivery take?

We aim to post a physical card within about two working days, by UK tracked delivery. The carrier sets the delivery date, so we cannot guarantee one. We email tracking details when we have them.

How does restaurant collection work?

Choose Collect at NORA and the card is free to collect from the restaurant at 93 Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea. We email you collection instructions once it is ready.

Can I send the gift directly to someone else?

Yes. Add their email in the studio and we send them the digital card too, with your note. For a posted card, enter their address when you pay. You always receive your own copy and receipt.
