Who we are

What we collect

When you send a group enquiry we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the occasion, your preferred date and the approximate number of guests;
• any details you choose to add in the message box.

We also record the time you sent the enquiry, a reference number for it, and whether we have sent our team a notification about it.

Why we use your details

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, confirm availability and plan your group event. Taking these steps at your request is our lawful basis under UK GDPR. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Where your details are kept

Enquiries are saved to a private Google Sheets spreadsheet that only authorised members of our team can open. Google stores these details on our behalf. We do not sell enquiry details or share them with anyone else.

Cookies and links to other services

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics or advertising scripts, so there is no cookie choice to make. The site is hosted on Vercel, which handles the standard connection data needed to deliver pages. Book buttons open our booking page on SevenRooms, and directions open Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy notices.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a booking for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Records of confirmed bookings are kept for as long as needed to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations. If you want an enquiry removed sooner, contact us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, ask us to delete them, or object to how we use them. Email info@noragrill.co.uk and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
